Miracle Red is the best damn degreaser, hand washer and stain remover that I've ever used.  I "discovered" it 3 - 4 years ago and now cannot live without it.  You can use it to degrease anything, mix it with water to wash your bike or use it to wash your hands.  It will absolutely amaze you at its ability to get a stains out of clothing - even old, dry stains.  The best thing about Miracle Red is it's cheap and available at most bike shops or directly through the manufacturer, Rock-n-Roll Lubrication.
